How Long Do Refunds Take?

A refund will be provided after we process your return item at our fulfillment center. The following steps will guide you through Amazon's refund timelines and what you need to do to get your refund as quickly as possible.

For physical products

* **If you return the item within 30 days of purchase**, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. * **If you return the item more than 30 days after purchase**, you will receive a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card.

For digital products

* **If you cancel your order before the product is released**, you will receive a full refund. * **If you cancel your order after the product is released**, you will not receive a refund.

How to return an item

To return an item, please follow these steps: 1. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to return. 2. Click on **Return or Replace Items**. 3. Select the reason for your return. 4. Choose the return method. 5. Print the return label and attach it to the package. 6. Drop off the package at a UPS store or other designated location.
